A balustrade should be designed with any maximum gaps to not allow a sphere of no more than 100mm diameter to be able to pass through the gap.

Our standard supplied balustrades have a gap under the glass infill of 75mm, this repflects the 75mm gap between the handrail and top of glass infill panel at the top of the balustrade
